Les jardins: On fait tous des fleurs pour s'empêcher de mourir

Gardens are common spaces of everyday life, enclosed areas in which men can control and organize nature. The enclosed space offers protection from the outside, making gardens intimate and reassuring spaces, havens of peace. With this collection, I create wearable gardens composed of enclosed spaces in which all things possible may happen. Using the categorization and organization principles of garden design, I turn disorder into order, unconsciousness into consciousness and spontaneity into arrangement and calculation. I see these pieces as small-scale gardens in which one can find comfort or get lost.
